Section 1: I-9

Section One (1) has two parts, the first part is completed by you – the employee. The second part is to be completed by your employer. When you reach the message “To Be Completed By Employer” skip over the subsequent questions and click submit. We will route your completed form to your hiring manager for you.

Section 1: Please complete all applicable fields in the I-9 form below. Then click submit at the bottom of the form. Skip over the questions intended for your employer.

Employers or their authorized representative must complete and sign Section 2 within three business days after the employee's first day of employment, and must physically examine, or examine consistent with an alternative procedure authorized by the Secretary of DHS, documentation from List A OR a combination of documentation from List B and List C. Enter any additional documentation in the Additional Information box; see Instructions.

I have entered the new hire’s start date, have completed the company information for Section II, and understand that my signature below is my legal representation that I have fully completed my part of this process.
